create a starting map-template

i know, there is the "... Galactic II" mod with which you can set a bunch of setting to create a good galaxy.

but is there a mod which lets me set:
- amount (and maybe type) of planets, amount of moons, star of the starting system
- amount (and type) of other systems (maybe even range of amount of planets echat system has)
- sizes of planets ans stars of starting system and maybe other systems
- type of veins existing on each planet in the stating system
- an so on...

the above mod does many of those thing but not all of them.

so is there a mod or tutorial to edit/create a JSON or savegame or whatever with those settings and load this as a template to start a new game?

this galactic mod does something like this, but i think this is only for diagnostics or am i wrong?

found it in the game menu of this mentioned mod - there you can export the JSON an modify, if you know what to do ;)
