VR
I think that every first-person game is better in VR - especially suspense, walking sims and story-driven games (and also anything a bit weird/surreal). This is because you're isolated from the real world and you're 100% immersed in a 3D world that also surrounds you, just like reality surrounds you. VR is the closest you can get to actually being in that game world/scenario in real-life.

You don't even need motion controller tracking if you'd like to keep it simple. Just gamepad/Xbox controller support is perfectly fine. Playing VR games with a gamepad isn't as good as with motion controller tracking, but it's still a lot better being immersed *in* the game world, in 3D, and being able to physically look around, versus *looking at* the game world through that 'window' called a screen (even if it's wide, curved and huge, and even compared to multiple, large screens).

I wish that all developers of first-person games would offer a basic VR option from the start. Perhaps with some kind of disclaimer such as "This VR version doesn't support motion controller tracking and can only be played with a gamepad. A future version might support this." Something like this?
In fact, one of my all-time favorite VR games can only be played with a gamepad, and that's Alien: Isolation (with the MotherVR mod).

Developers could see this as an opportunity to differentiate themselves from countless other first-person games available on Steam. And, of course, it's also an opportunity to be part of the group of pioneers working on 'gaming of the future'.

I don't have this game, but I saw that someone posted on the flat2vr.com Discord that this game Works perfectly in VR with Praydog's UEVR mod.

Yeah I added the game to my wishlist for next time it goes on sale, looks pretty interesting.

Did you try it with the mod yet?
