Statement, how do you change it?

How do you change the statement?
Mine still reads "Los gehts", but my opponents have other text there.
I can only change the statement about the control scheme displayed at the bottom.

I think you are referring to character title - those are combined with the background of the character banner.

Those are set per character, in character customisation UI - press "X" in fighting grounds or battlehub, than press "Y" over desired character - there you can set character's colour but also the title.

Various titles are unlocked by various feats and more can collected in Battlepasses and events.
