Honda similarly has strong gimmicks that few people know how to react to, but he scales better as he maintains the highest winrate from Bronze all the way to Master. Only in Legend does he suddenly tank to the second lowest spot to a mere 44.3% as everyone in there has learned to deal with his shenanigans despite him being an unpopular character.
So I guess if your question is "Who can I get to Master with with the least effort", it's probably Honda. But effort will still be needed.
You can pretty easily get through the majority of the ranks by just abusing headbutt and the belly flop mostly.
There's even a video of someone getting to diamond rank by doing just that

Her armor throws me off guard too often, some of it is 2 hits, some of it is 3, and I can't say I ever see a definite opening unless she whiffs hard.
fight both of them by playing like a moron and spamming DI randomly lol. I find the less I try to beat them the better I do
Using KEN and Modern Controls without actually learning his trials or spending any time in the training room can get you to Masters quite easily. You can spam to victory extremely easy. I only imagine what it would be like to learn all of his combo trials; someone can a God instantly if they use broken cheat character KEN.
Neutral skipping generally, safe against everything except PP specials which can be flowcharted. And when you try to PP they can get a read on you. Honda is extremly easy to execute and flowchart, while the counter to his BS takes much more skill. Blanka is almost the same, but in my uneducated opinion has more depth to his gameplay due to his installs.
That being said, yes I have abysmal winrates against those 2, which has been like that ever since I started with SF4 but I don't think they are unbalanced. I'm just not smart and skilled enough to deal with them in my skill range.
The fact that you think that mastering the trials have anything to do with being good at the game tells a lot about you...
So what you actually mean to say is, which character requires the least effort against low brain opponents.
I'd say he's lacking the obvious "braindead" spam move like Honda or Blanka but in gold/early plat Heavy Dragonlash into 2LP into veeery simple combo or M.Jinrai spam won me entire sets xD
In mid plat those strategies have fallen off though and now I need to put more creases on my brain
Quick edit, I just saw this AFTER making my response:
And I have to say... yeah no bro Ken is far from being 'as' broken as this troll ass seems to "think" - possibly a below gold player who has yet to learn that Jinrai spam is actually easily breakable
