Shoryuken keyboard shortcut changed?

In SF5, one shortcut for dragonpunch was holding down back, then while holding them down, hit forward twice and punch at the same time as the second forward. This worked well. But in SF6, this has changed. It now only works when holding down only.

Is there a way to change this at all? Probably not, but I'm just taking a jab here...

The shortcut for shoryukens since SF3 is df,df. What changed how pressing opposite directions work: in 5 las direction pressed win, in 6 you get neutral regarless of which order you press them.
So by holding db when you press forward you get down only.

Yeah, its the downback thats getting you. You can just hold Down and do Forward Forward and still get a DP like you did in 5 though. They didn't remove the shortcut itself.
