Player with stats 9999

I found a avatar that have all stats 9999. It's not normal, right?
I send my vid record to Capcom's support but they still don't reply anything.
Will he be banned?

More than getting banned, how the hell did he bypass capcom's anti cheat? Cheat Engine even force close the game when detected!

There are people cheating to get all the alternative costumes and to reach level 100 in a few minutes. So someone bosting their stats to 9999 could it be very possible.

They're not gonna do anything to those cheaters. World tour mode doesn't effect rank.

My char has all stats under 1000 at lvl 60 aside from it's HP. If the metro allows farming permanent stat upgrades(haven't had any luck so far), it could be technically be legal

Maximum status should be around 1100 max with the best equipments at Lv100. These cheaters modified items in the offline World Tour mode then brought the character to online. It's an obviously bannable offense.
From my observation, these cheaters changes their names very frequently. But it appears they can't reset their own status so we can permanently track them. Note their "User ID" and report them to Capcom, and maybe paste some screenshot on a support thread of this forum in case Capcom doesn't respond privately.

so ur saying if someone played offline mode world tour and reached max lvl with reasonable stats and came online to pvp avatar is call cheating?

Any stat above 1500 is not reasonable and not reachable. Just report them.

you can not farm permanent status increases.

You can reach around 1100 in certain stats if you min max certain equipment and also get passive stat boosts from passives, some stats can not reach 1000 even with that, yet alone having multiply stats being that high.

And the difference is quite big in Damage/Damage mitgation.
