It doesn't sound like stuff for a fighting game it sounds like they took music out of a generic royalty free library. Jamie's theme literally sounds like a panda express commercial

Then I realised how good they are. Not I realise they are here while fighting and I like most of them. Especially Jamie.

The is absalutly no feeling in Street Fighter 6 music
Street Fighter 4 is like a feeling of remembrance and a great accomplishment

I vastly prefer 6's ending theme, 4's overall OST is great but that ending theme is the most generic pseudo orchestral arrangement of SF songs. 6's ending theme on the other hand is cool.

Other than that, 6's music is fine but not very memorable to me. It's there, it does it's job during gameplay but not much sticks in my head.

Manon's theme is cool though.

I didn't like the music at first, that being when the OST popped up on Youtube sometime before release and I blindly loaded up Ryu's theme to see how it would be remixed and didn't get what I was expecting. I kept waiting for the song to start, and then it ended. Later, I went and listened to the soundtrack again on its own merits and began to like it, Zangief's theme in particular.

Music is probably one of the most subjective things for liking or disliking
Its fine if you dislike it, but there are also people who do enjoy the music.
There are also people who don't like the SF5 Soundtrack
And people who dont like the SF4 soundtrack
Probably also some saying SF2 has a bad soundtrack
Likely also some saying Street Fighter 3 has a bad Soundtrack
Believe it or not there are also people who say that Xenoblade Chronicles has bad music
There may even be some who would tell you that Final Fantasy music is mid at best
Or on the other hand tell you that Sonic Chronicles the Dark Brotherhood had a banger OST
Just let people enjoy what they like. Can't be that hard now can it?

Yeah I'm ambivalent about the music, since this is literally a subjective topical type of thing. But the only music that truly throws me off is some of the tracks in World Tour, and perhaps that's just nonstop repetition holding me down.

Guile's theme is like the watch he checks: precise, mechanical, measured, calm. Yet, at the same time, the passion for battle is within it.

I actually really dig it, but it IS low-key rather than hi-energy.

I dunno, I'm not a fan of hip hop/rap outside of gaming, but the music in SF6 has been getting me pumped up. I enjoy it.
