World Tour one time only piece of clothing?

I am trying to find more than just one piece of 2 particular pieces of clothing in WT, the vest (only the vest alone, not suit vest) and the open chest shirt, but it seems like they were one time only, the shirt in particular as it is a reward for a side mission in Nayshall later on. Is there no other places where I can find more of them? I like to keep multiple in different colors for my character...

If they were from a SIRN chest or sidequest, then I think we're SOL. Some NPCs rotate out gear that they drop but so far I haven't seen a copy of a Unique cosmetic. Once, only once, an NPC had the Sailor Skirt as a drop. Had to switch styles and when I came back they had disappeared. Unless that was a bug, or maybe time/quest related, I've never seen them come back up in the drop pool. Super annoying that NPCs de-spawn so quickly. NPC drops haven't changed that I've noticed since finishing WT so maybe quests do play a part in drops.

Somehow I have 2 Blanka-chan outfits so idk, maybe there's hope. I'll probably have to do a second run through WT and not sell any clothing for maximum customization. I sold so many unique cosmetics, it stings. I remember that vest.. I sold it in a mix up with the other shirt/vest.

Wait, you can NG+ WT? And keep your stuff?

No, I don't think so. "Play from beginning" option I'm pretty sure is just a wipe/restart. Which is silly, not sure why you can't just have multiple WT saves going. I'd like to keep my first file, and start a new character, personally.

You can erase your save to start all over again, it's not a Ng+, it's on the main menu.

Not that I know of. Just wiping the save and starting fresh. idk if I care enough to do that just for cosmetics.

I don't think there are any cosmetics in WT that are completely missable. There aren't any areas you can't get back to and a lot of the items you see as rewards from NPCs become available in the shops later.

Some of the stuff is ridiculously rare like only one certain NPC or enemy dropping the item on a seemingly random small list and at either night or day. There seems to be a mask I've only seen on a single Copy Fighter during a story mission and those enemies are way too rare and when you encounter them you better have the same style as them for the drop but you won't know until the fight starts and then it's too late. In the subway I only see them have coins. It's pretty stupid. I should have written down the name of the mask at least but how was I supposed to know it'll practically never show up again.

As I said, it's the vest alone, not the suit vest. I know they drop around Juri's area at night.

Has anyone actually reset their world tour save file by selecting "Play from beginning"? Do you lose battle pass cosmetics and rewards if you do so?

I found where just the vest is my guy, been looking for it a while myself and went through all the possible npcs to fight to find it, go to the china town area of metro city at night and go to the back alley way, keep looking at the details of the optional fighters and one of em will have the vest

It's been a while! Thanks for the answer, but I've figured out where to find each missing piece of clothing I was looking for. Especially after the Rashid update, which has some of those unique pieces as rewards for the tournaments at the Haggar Stadium. Just gotta keep fighting at them until you get the one you want.
