Longtime character titles

I've seen on some streams that some players in higher elos have titles for characters from street fighter 5. They say Longtime x player, I was wondering if anyone knows how you can get those titles.

You have to join this campaign after linking your Capcom ID to steam. You will receive the titles as mail on the news screen. I did it before the game launched and it still took several days to receive it.

edit: To clarifiy, you have to own Street Fighter V on the same account.

How long does this take to get, and is it still open to recieve?

The entry period for the promotion ends July 31. I filled in my info on the 28th and got my titles yesterday so it takes a few days.

it's really buggy as well, took me like 2 weeks to get the rewards. If you don't get them within a few days make sure to contact capcom support.
