To me Luke is a reject from the abysmal SF5, none of the characters from that trash game should be returning for SF6, they really should be pretending SF5 never existed and just move on from it entirely, anyone with a brain knows usf4 was the vastly superior game

I don't know about the wokeness, every female character looks pretty attractive still and Cammy is rumored to have her classic outfit variation with no censoring.

I will say that Jamie and Kimberly have this "street look" to them but that's about it. Personally I really wanted Guy so I don't think I can ever truly accept Kimberly for replacing him...just like Zeku did.

We have a butch Marisa but we also have a butch Zangief and a sexy Manon. None of the dudes seem to be getting pushed down and emasculated nor is every female give off a "Captain Marvel" level of douchery.

-don't choose a sex when creating a character, just a "body type"
-femboy announcer
-chun li and cammy in pants
-uglier female faces. they literally updated manon's face to make her more masculine and less appealing to straight men.
-way more male fanservice than female fanservice. half the dudes have their shirts all the way open for no reason. none of the women do. (obviously they should have a bra on still like Laura did LOL)

I'm a guy who went on a crusade against the woke-ism that was attributed to MK11 where nearly every female character was covered head-to-toe and with ugly faces, what you are stating here is nothing compared to the bs that game became.

If people want to point the woke finger, there is plenty of other games that deserve that kind of attention and hate than this one.

If we keep throwing a tantrum over any little thing that can be perceived as "woke" than we do damage towards making any positive changes in the gaming world.

We will be seen as a group of people that comically throw tantrums, actively looking for something to hate. Becoming just like the sjw crowds on twitter, thus gaming companies will see a need to ever dial back the "wokeness" in our favor because we will be seen as a group that can never be satisfied to any degree.

This is a gradual step in the right direction for gaming in my opinion and not something anti-woke people should blow their heads up over.
