Why do Jamie, Kimberly and Manon exist ?

Their whole game plan is gimmicks, coin toss simulator characters. They won't ever win any tournament because they suck massive ass and they won't make you better at fighting games either.
Why even create such characters ?

Jamie hasn't been outside of the top 10 pickrates for the entirety of SF6's life, so I'd say his existence is more than justified. Manon is firmly in the middle of the pickrates and Kimberly manages to consistently be more popular than Honda and Dhalsim (speaking of gimmick characters~)

And winning major tournaments is a dream 99.99% of us can never hope to accomplish even with the best characters so what does it matter to you?

I won local tournament as Manon and earned whooping 11700RSD 100 euros, shut up its something, get rekt.

I play Manon because I want to. Beating people with her feels good, I don't need other reasons.

But yeah, at the end of the day, if even one person finds these characters fun to play their existence is valid if you ask me. Thankfully the figures show that a lot more people find those characters fun.

Jamie is the one and the only most fun character to play in this game so I don't care how good or bad he is as long as I do enjoy his gameplay... I mean he is the only reason why I still play this ass game.

So elaborate how is it wrong for a character being french, blonde and an atleast healthy yet perfect skin. Because this comment just comes across like someone has deep roots of insecurity with oneself over a non-existent character. Like... it's just a videogame character, for god sake.
