oh well. you can always downgrade with steamdepot
1) Right-click Street Fighter 6, click Properties then click Installed Files and then click "Verify integrity of game files".
2) Open Fluffy Mod Manager, click Uninstall all mods, then click Re-read game archives.
3) Reinstall mods.
how can you restore a backup yet not be forced to update through steam? i had it to where i can play before having to update yet as of this previous update i was forced to enable online and update...
there are safe workarounds?
no yeah thank you i know how to use mod manager merru chrismass
a backup ??
apparently pillowhugger knows how to not only make backups and restore his games, but bypass the safeguard drms. impressive
Then there's the issue with modders moving on to something else and/or just abandoning their projects.
I had some pretty awesome mods installed from launch that broke with Rashid and Aki and nobody fixed them to this day. This is a game that we'll just have to accept the fact that we won't be getting some stuff back at all, sadly.
On the other hand, things won't get dull because there will be always something else to look forward to.
damn. well i just saw a tutorial and made backups to my most coveted titles. if that were to happen i will always have this state to keep as a novelty. great fun when friends have no idea that the game is actually a modded game
