That may seem like an impossible hill to climb, but I genuinely believe it's a feasible project. Write letters, sign petitions, find like minded people and work to add additional consumer protections to copyright law - including an unmalleable right to run software in a virtual environment without paying an extra fee.
I don't see any copyright problem about GeForce Now. Who else met such issue? I don't get it. Of course, on GeForce Now PCs, you only can run the games you own and you purchased before. I would even pre-purchase SF VI Frame 1 on Steam if I'd know that SF VI is about to be available on GFN. So would a lot of people. I don't get it. I mean don't underrstand this.
I really don't.
I think better to keep same playable environment by not supporting.

So why not for Street Fighter 6 ;)
Just to be sure that people who might discover Nvidia's GeForce Now service in 2023 really understand this: except of course the Free-to-Play games, there's no free games available on GeForce Now. This doesn't exist. Nvidia of course never sells games on GFN. If you wish to play a Steam non-FTP game available on GeForce Now, you need to already have it in your Steam library or purchase it via the Steam store just like you would do it on any computer on the planet. It's the same for games coming from Epic, Ubisoft, Gog (etc) available on GFN.
Indeed, Capcom is back with that Monster Hunter episode. For SFVI, no idea.
About the 6 frames (where does that information come from by the way, CZI?), which are already better than the native 8 frames input lag in 2016, not sure it could really be an argument. I mean solid enough. Otherwise Arc System Works & SNK would not bring so many games to GFN, I guess. I just really hope they'll at least bring the Resident Evil games ( back ). Capcom actually already does this ( Cloud ) with four RE episodes on Switch after all.
Time will tell.
As customers, we don't have to wait anymore like all did during the limited (even in terms of performances) trial version. Truly incomparable. Then, a minimum of 6 hours sessions is already comfortable enough lol. That limitation is also legit for security reasons. Mind these PCs are only rented. And let's face it, the way GFN evolved since 2020 is admirable.
Definitely.
Thank you SO much, that's it, you finally did it.
Huge thanks for finally bringing four Resident Evil games (back) to GeForce Now today.
Much appreciated and I wish you All the Best for the future of all your franchises.
You made my day. And the day of many people.
Thank you as well for Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.
Still a brilliant & unique game in 2023 and definitely great experience on GeForce Now.
Let's hope Dragon's Dogma II will be available on GFN too.
Huge thanks again.
Hi there dude,
Well, Nvidia kind of know what hardware means but yes, of course, yeah, obvious, yeah, sure, I imagine I see what you're trying to say. That being said, I'm afraid that's not the point here.
Furthermore, that thread has been created last year and Capcom changed their mind about GeForce Now for a while now, came back on GFN, and sweet games are available again.
So just saying thanks to Capcom.
That's all.
