-5HP should reach further and throw small hadokens
-Denjin allow heavy tatsu to be moved manually with directional keys and tumble opponent without PC
-Can shoot light Denjin hadoken behind him and hits the opponent from behind
-Sweep reaches entire screen and is +2minutes on block
That said, the Ryu buff ideas are very good, although I'd also recommend making Hadouken hitscan.
Bison kills the existence of a high damage character like Marisa. The insane damage and guaranteed pressure with none of the shortcomings she has.
Rashid basically superior Kimberly or what she wishes to be.
-Invul DP
-SA2 that guarantees his turn
-Pressure not tied to resource
-Throw damage with no scaling
-Damage not tied behind SA3 buff
-Has an actual 50/50.
-Has fireball
He's annoying but think giving Kimberly more buff is probably more important. She's drowned in a character concept that is obviously inferior to Rashid.
Even though her medal system is annoying af (because it stacks) it's, pretty much, the only good thing the character has.
Agree and add Cammy to that list.
Bison/Ken literally just won the million dollar tournament.

Most pros put Bison somewhere in 6th through 10th because his defence game is a bit of a disaster without an invincible reversal.
Right now that does a respectable 5300 damage, but if the EX SBK would do more damage than regular HK SBK (1680), so let's say 1800, the total combo damage would be propelled to 5972, so in a CA situation that would crest over the 6k damage mark, that would be, even speaking as a Chun-Li main, a little much for such a straightforward combo.
