About Ingrid, no one know how she will be in SF6. Definitely not same as Alpha 3, and not much people ever played with/against her to begin with. She is the weakest in the list for sure but SF6 glow up can do wonders.

If the leaked is true then the only one that is questionable is Ingrid. Why her? Could have just bring back Menat and save Ingrid for CVS3 since she is Capcom answer to SNK Athena.
