Hello! I want to ask about Outfit 3.
If I want to get Outfit 3 for Ryu, Chun Li and other non-DLC characters - can I find them in the Character/Ultimate Pass? Or are they only available separately?

- 4 additional characters (Rashid, A.K.I., Ed, Akuma)
- 4 additional characters' colors: Outfit 1 Colors 3-10
- 4 additional characters' costume: Outfit 2 (including colors 1-10)
- 4 additional characters' costume: Outfit 3 (including colors 1-10)

The ultimate pass is by year, and contains oufit 3 only for those four characters released in that year.

Outfits for non DlC characters can be purchased through ingame shop using ingame currency. I would recommend waiting for a discount as that way you won’t have to overpay Too much in fighting coins to get what you want.

Thanks! I've heard conflicting information that since January, outfits 3 for all characters have been released as part of the Ultimate Pass.
