Street Fighter 6 only runs in the background process

I've been working well for a while since I bought it, but when I pressed the run button one day, it changed to the phrase "running" and then it's running in the background process, but the game won't turn on. I've tried following the issue manual, but the game is still only on in the background process.

Usually cycling through alt tabs gets it to come to the foreground for me.

That bad huh, did you do the usual things like verifying game cache?
Worse come to worse it might be time to poke Capcom support.

It's frustrating that I can't follow the official issue manual.
First of all, I'll ask Capcom, but I'm at a loss when it'll be resolved.
