Assistance with Freezes/Stutters

I think I have exhausted my options...
I have attempted:
>Updating Windows Drivers
>Updating BIOs
>Updating GPU Drivers
>Enabling *and* disabling Shader Warming on startup
>Playing on minimal, medium and high graphical settings
>Playing on windowed mode, playing on full screen mode
>Made sure to close any browsers or any other applications while running SF 6

These micro freezes and stutters won't stop occurring.

Can anyone help?

If you clear the recommended specs and have 0 mods, stutters are usually from GPU drivers. The latest version doesn't usually mean it's stable for this game. You can post your spec and GPU to see any know a stable driver version.
