Now with both Chun-Li and Mai broken in M, I wonder what the future will be! 🤔

Capcom really failed with this one, but it won't be a problem until $$$ is reduced.

You kid but I REALLY hope so. Then people will know how right I am but it would be too late and all they will have is their tears.

Other game will exist that will attract the real core fans, 100%. SF7 will flop even harder than SF3 and Capcom will concede.

I mean it’s pathetic year 1 less than 24% were modern, inflated data too since it is the “default”. I would imagine only 5% use it online and this is a generous value.

Well why not. Started with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Ed buttons in sf5, 2 buttons for a dp without any directional input. now sf6 with modern and dynamic...yes sf7 will be dead for me because it switches from 6 button layout to 4 button layout (modern controls).

They ruined Chun Li in Modern and she also is a very weak character in this game's meta, as well as in fighting against most DLC characters. The fact that Capcom can just alter the moves you are allowed to use in Modern makes for an even more severe tier fluctuation in balance patches. It's funny since every game is so hesitant to make big changes to characters, but nobody is noticing how it happens with Modern here. These are some of the most extreme character changes in any modern game.
