Which sf game has the best sound track and which sf has the worst soundtrack in your opinion. Like which track is your favourite. Myne is guile theme for both sfv and sf2, as well as bustling side street alternate version.

The best soundtrack is, by far, the 3DO soundtrack of Street Fighter II.
I don't like 3.3 soundtrack that much, and Zero/Alpha 3 has only just a few good tracks really.

Now since you can custom your soundtrack with the BGM system in SF6, I have no complaints (and even before that it was far from being the worst Sreet Fighter OST, come on). There are some really awesome tracks you can choose from to add to each character's playlist, like "Rules & Regulations - Extreme Battle" or "Nihilistic Moment - Carlos Miyamoto's Theme" for exemple.

Now CAPCOM please let us buy the 3DO OST in Street Fighter 6, and don't forget to include it in the next HD modern release of Street Fighter II.

Whenever I hear folks say that SF6 has the worst music I can't help but wonder "Just how long ago did your concept of what a fighting game soundtrack should be like crystalise?", or their musical tastes as a whole, for that matter.

Is it an all timer? Not for me, but I'm sure there's folks out there who feel that way, but I think it's a solid enough soundtrack that the only song I've changed is Chun-Li's because as a main of hers I've heard it more than any other track and it's not -that- good to keep on hearing over and over. I might put it back in the rotation eventually but we'll see~

SF6 easily #1 soundtrack of all street fighters. 4 only had 1 good song, while 5 was alright overall. SF2 is Mozart and shouldn't be disrespected.

SF6 definitely is the weakest soundtrack. But the 2nd weakest is A3’s soundtrack. So much of the OST blends together and I can barely differentiate the tracks. Huge downgrade from A2

I don’t dislike SF6’s OST because it veers too far from the classics. But a lot of the tracks are too experimental for my tastes and I can count on my hand the tracks that are memorable. And even then, I think Terry’s theme is the first that I thought was incredible (ironically, being the first that’s just an update to an older track)

The EX games don’t get brought up enough in the discussion of the best tracks in the series. They’re a complete departure from the classic themes but they’re still well made and memorable. If they ever get added SF6, I’d buy them in a heartbeat

I love SF6 soundtrack, best SF OST since the III and Ex series.

The worst are 4, 5 and Alpha 3. But even Alpha 3 has some bangers, like Ryu theme and the final boss theme. 4 and 5 original songs are mediocre, with extremely rare exceptions like Karin theme in 5.

Finally in SF6 a good original soundtrack with great new songs again after so much time.

Agree! SF2 is in my top 3 most iconic VG soundtracks of all time alongside Super Mario (NES) and Zelda LTTP/OOT. I know non-gamers that know tracks from these games. SF5 modernizes the classic SF2 themes the right way.

SF6 has a few good catchy ones, but certainly not as iconic. I love the OSTs of Jamie, Ryu, Chun, Ken, and several World Tour tracks. I hate the Character select music with a passion - Ed's theme is cool and there are competent hip-hop tracks in the game, but that ain't one of them chief.

Capcom needs to add a jukebox like Tekken 8 did at launch, so we can select what music we want from the SF series for the menu theme, character select, etc. Boggles the mind why this wasn't a launch feature.
