changing avatar clothes from battle hub

I am getting clothes items as rewards for the premium season pass but I do not see how to put them on. I tried going to the various shops but it looks like the items in my rewards is not available. What am I doing wrong here?

Are you claiming them? For some reason you have to go into the pass and physically hit a button to claim the item rather than just get them automatically when you unlock them.

Thank you for the suggestion. Yes I have claimed them. But after that I cannot seem to find where they live

To change your character appearance, i.e. change your gear in World Tour mode, while you are in the free roam or inside of the BattLe HUB:

-Call up your mobile device menu by pressing the touchpad on the PS4/PS5 Controller, Select on the Xbox Controller (or whatever you got mapped for the mobile menu on the system you play on)
-Then select “Status” (the first icon on your mobile device menu)
-Use L1 and R1 to select the “Gear” tab (it’s the first one)
-Select which piece of gear you want to Equip
-Save the Loadout.
-If you want the spectific stats of an item and you want to get a different look, then change the gear in that tab as well.

The 1st Greenish/Blueish tab is used to equip the gear with the stats that you want, and the Purple appearance tab is the one that you use so you can equip the gear pieces that you want your Avatar to display as the main look.

In this menu, you can customize your character’s gear, and select stuff like a cap, upper body wear, pants, shoes, gloves, etc. At the very bottom of the menu on the left is the “Favorite Gear” option where you can save up to 10 presets of your favorite gear combinations.
