Are the TMNT costumes a limited release?

I've yet to get into SF6, but I'm a huge TMNT fan. Are these new TMNT costumes something that we can expect to remain in the store long-term, or do these sort of crossovers come with limited-time items in the in-game shop?

The shop says it's a limited time event, but I don't know if that means they'll remove the items from the in-game store or not.

Also if you highlight any ninja turtles skin or turtles items in shop, you will see the date with white fonts on the bottom.
