In the next days I will be switching to an arcade stick nontheless.
I feel like I could play this game with it fine but I'm not going to recommend anyone use it either. There are better OEM DPads out there.
edit: afaik any place hosting a tournament would accept a PS5 controller. You could bring a backup (and probably should, really)
being new to fighting games i bought an mayflash f500 elite for sf6, and boi its hard to get into lol. But it's also fun.
The series X is my favourite, i can just compare it to the dualshock 4 tho
Yeah also new to fighting games and I reckon that if I make the switch the stick (Nacon Daija btw) that I can kiss my hard fought platinum rank good bye :D
But I wil first practice some arcade games on it (Beat'em Ups, 2D Action Platformers and singleplayer modes of retro fighting games, got Breakers for the PS5) before I dabble with it in SF6.
Streets of Rage 4 is a great game to train on your stick with.
thought of getting this game anyway. But biggest issues with the arcade stick are drive rushs inputs and being quick and precise with movement when spacing :f
Not PS5 compatible, and compared to the series X the dpad is really underwhelming, but some people really swear by it, i know.
ive always hated the Xbox Dpad and general layout. personal preference.
