SF6 PC performance issues, fps drop
Hello,

I'm having problems with FPS drops lately, my fps is stable 60 in training mode any stage, then when I go online and play my fps drops during supers, sometimes just randomly to ~45-53 fps and stays in that range for a 4-5 seconds. This is, to say the least, is aggravating.
My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU ( high wattage version)

I'm playing in 1920x resolution and I have everything set to normal/medium, although I tried everything from low to ultra high(which was the default it put me on). Playing around with the settings doesn't seem to matter, I tried lowering even the resolution. I also turned on shader compilation. I have the latest NVIDIA drivers. GPU. CPU and memory usage doesn't seem like anything out of the ordinary, nowhere near a 100% percent while playing, more like 50. GPU temp gets a bit high in the lower 80s ish in celsius, but that's normal for laptops. I've tried all the steps in the troubleshooting guide.
Also worth noting that this doesn't happen in all my matches, just about half and I didn't used to have this problem in the beginning.
Could someone help me out to troubleshoot this? I've run out of ideas and googling didn't help, also I'd like to avoid buying it on the PS5

What do your power settings look like? If it isn't make sure it's prefer maximum performance.

It could be throttling due to temps, but MSI afterburner could help by setting a custom curve.

It was the driver, V-sync and disabling Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator for me

Mine didn't start doing this until the latest update ... FPS drops, stuttering, and more just walking around in World Tour; fights run in slo-mo again. Nothing changed on my end, so I'm guessing some future update might fix it, or not.

I'm having similar issues as well sometimes it runs well... Other times I get fps drops from 60 to 55-50 and a small stutter obviously very annoying. I tried to run the benchmark tool and got a score of 100/100 on the tool. I will try disabling Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator as an other poster suggested maybe that will help
