How do I cancel a special into a super?

I have tried canceling a spiral arrow or cannon spike into cammys level 1 super (quarter circle , quarter circle, kick) and I can not seem to get it to work. I either get the special and don't get the super, or I don't get the special and just kick instead, and then get the super. Is her special not cancel-able? I look at my inputs and it does not seem (when I think I do it right) that im putting in the kick inputs to early, and it just does not happen.

Typically level 1 can only be cancelled into from normals, level 2 from OD specials and normals, level 3 from special/OD/normals.
