I think it's fine to have a guest character or two from SNK/tekken towards the end of the game's lifecycle but not this early.

is ok to have characters from fighting games and plataformers games but only in the end of the game cycle

Crossovers from other Capcom games? Yeah, will happen most likely.

I really want them to add Eliza from Tekken 7, and Shermie and/or Rock Howard from KOF.

At that point they'd be better off making Capcom vs. SNK 3 (or just releasing a modern port of CvS2 thank you very much)

That said, in no universe will we ever see an MK character appearing in Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat hasn't seen a release in Japan since the 16-bit days and even back then it just didn't take off because, well, old MK is bad. It got carried entirely by its blood and gore gimmick. So there'd be no point in adding a character that is entirely alien to the largest demographic of Street Fighter players.
