sup :) i feel like we are in a secret club playing the best character that no one likes because "its a stupid character" all good they can all be go sheep and play jury , cammy and ken. wonder how many kens im goign to play against today..

Combine Ken and Blanka. Make Kenka. Moves:

* Fires fireball which is him as a ball, but on fire.
* A shoryuken where his fist is a ball, and that ball is him, and it is on fire.
* Throws out a doll of Ken and the doll says "Shut up and sit down!" and sits down

I think this will be the best of both worlds.

People are playing the character they enjoy. If you enjoy Blanka, play Blanka. I enjoy playing Juri, so I play Juri. On release when no tier lists were established you can find character usage charts

Calling Blanka a stupid character when MenaRD literally washed TOP 8 CEO with the character is crazy. I've been thinking of a 2nd character to main which plays very different than Juri and I'm debating between Blanka and Manon. Both are fun characters when you learn them.

I agree, Blanka and Manon are fun in very different ways.
Personally, I think Blanka and Dhalsim are both fantastic tricky technical characters with a lot of potential -- Dhalsim's potential is obvious because of how there are a fair few Dhalsim players with crazy high LP in ranked, only the most notable of whom being Mister Crimson.

Manon: we spinnin'
Gief: we grapplin'
Blanka: we ballin'
Honda: we headbuttin'
Ken: we flowchartin'

Blank is definitely a technical character in this game, with an amazing L2 install and his Blankachan doll tricks. I've heard FG content creators saying that since release, so it's not only about the recent win.

Blanka in earlier games already had a shoryuken ball, a straight up vertical ball, I guess they removed that and he only has horizontal and rainbow now?

ya no kidding, people play who they enjoy. but the fact theres 243242345 of those 3 u listed and 2323 of the other cast, what is really going on? i dont care you play its just sad people dont at least try and be different , wich is why SHEEP, follow the herd! but for ral im jsut sick of tired of playing against the same people, nothing personal. put urself in my shoes just for a second.

The game just came out so people are going to pick something they are familiar with to learn, not something awkward which will turn people off of the game. Ryu and Ken being top picks is because they are iconic characters and shoto is probably the easiest character to learn. If Akuma was in the base game, I guarantee he'd be top pick.

so people are afraid to try something new? idk i guess im completly opposite from most people. i played ken alot when i was a kid so i allready put my hours in him. i liek to try new things. to each their own.
