Why is the game in Japanese ?

Im in the UK on PC playing via steam. Just purchased and downloaded but the games in Japanese ? help :D

Change language in audio settings.
Press start / tab to open multi menu to get to settings. There's context sensitive prompts at the bottom of the screen when you're in main menus.
