In theory it's just like OP wrote before. It would save lots of time and headaches because either part would probably just quit, anyways, since there's no punishment anymore.

But with who would you actually match up and how would the actual matches end looking like, in practice? Hackers? Cheaters? Trolls? REALLY bad players? Individuals with a connection so horrible that even Capcom's state of the art rollback wouldn't be able to fix? That'd be an interesting field test.

Ok, I will reveal the darkest secret and evil idea of SF6 players do the "RQ". It is a win-win strategy for the RQ players. They just can't handle the winner get/increase the LP. So they do the "RQ", either way theirs LP will get decrease, but they choose the nasty way, which it loudly echoing," My LP is decreasing and the winner won't get the LP too..boom..they do the RQ...lol...:)

A much better thing to do is to look up how to counter the cheap tactics and practice against them. There's very little more satisfying than stopping a headbutt/buttslam spamming E. Honda's win streak by absolutely humiliating them.

You can practically hear their soul break when you PP most of their headbutts and DI every buttslam and they slowly come to realise, as you beat them to death at your leisure, that there's no way they can beat you, or any other real players, because all they had was a gimmick and without it they're nothing but a garbage player with a crutch.
