With Evo Japan being just a few weeks away it's probably easier to presume that there'll be no balance changes until the Elena drop, yeah.

More than likely coming with the elena drop, which is nice, because I'm just getting back into this game and I need a couple months to get my groove back before new system changes come

I prefer better fps optimization and features, actual network features and filters for ping, region, and wifi blocks. How many times do I have to cancel a match against a wifi degenerate, before I can get someone else?

The game needs better animations to properly telegraph rather than nerfing characters to the ground. characters like akuma have no start up animations, things are just instant ice skating garbage. The game is unfinished, chip choppy, slop. The people who made this game are hacks. As I digress, it needs polishing and development, not changing some stupid numbers.
