Capcom hasn't exactly made it a habit to announce what is going to be in future character passes before all the characters of the currently ongoing one have been released. So even if Fei Long was coming in year 3, they wouldn't be telling us now. That would spoil the surprise if you already knew what was coming next year, or in all coming years. They probably don't even know yet how long they're going to keep updating the game for.

Fei would be cool - wouldn't be opposed to him. But I'm betting either Sagat or Vega shows up next season, and 1/2 other returning chars.

Personally hoping it's Viper but I doubt it will be her.

Both Boxer and Claw has voice acting in WT mode, right? (I vaguely seem to remember that) That would point to them being added to the game in the future. Fei Long is referenced in WT mode, but without any actual appearance, aside maybe for some poster or something. He could be added, though I'm not aware of any real indications that that is going to happen. I haven't played the Terry bit of WT mode though. Something might have come up.

I'm not exactly a fan of Fei Long (don't dislike either, just super neutral) but this indeed is pretty blasphemous. And for that I want him in SF6.

Chun's Kung Fu, Fei is Jeet Kune Do. Bruce Lee's martial arts is basically MMA, not a pure fighting style.
