Matches not starting

I've had a ton of fun in this game. But over the past few days I've been getting into matches that never start. We load in and then both characters just sit there and the round never starts. It's happened a ton and it doesn't resolve itself for over 20 minutes. And I've forced closed my game to just get on with my life. I've gotten a yellow card from it and I've been watching the characters just cycle through their idle animations for half an hour. I just want to play the game online. I've never had this issue before and I just want to know what is actually going on. I have a 2.5gb wired connection and no issues with any other game.

people have been posting about this a lot lately and it's apparently to do with certain mods. i'd disable some one by one 'til you figure out which one is doing it. I use a Portugues dub mod and some fireball recolors, so far nothing like this has happened with these.

Damn, I'll try that. I'm just running Re framework and a couple sound mods. Nothing visual at all. That really sucks if that's the case because it's not even anything drastic ffs. I'll see what's up tomorrow

Re Framework itself is the issue. If it hasn't been updated yet you need to remove it, otherwise you need to update it.

capcom hates mod, every update it will break. Reminder for ppl to uninstall mod or w8 a while after maintenance and look at mod site if the maintenance break mod or not so u don't get yellow card.
