Any point for just AI stuff?

Is there any point in buying it if I just wanna vs the computer? I don't think I have the guts to vs real people as I don't have the skill for v frames and all that bs.

Have a look at World Tour Mode. If it seems like something you'd like, there's plenty of content. Outside of that, probably not.

Go online and pretend you're playing against AI. You will get to a level where it is challenging, but not impossible, to win around half of your games. That's how ranking systems work.

you can do it;the training room helps a lot even for my first game the world tour also explain the control fine,by 3rd month it was actually enjoyable to play(then again by that time i finally got variety and not fight ken for the 20 times in a row)

There is modern control type in this game that makes the controls more like smash or something like that. Greatly reduces the need for motion controls and can open things up for you if you are just worried about that.

I was happy enough with the World Tour. I spend 70 hours on it but 100 hours now with the DLCs.
However, I ended playing online after that.

besides ranked is rigged thats no problem man half of your oponents will be scripted bots in ranked after you reach gold or or higher rank, most very poorly scripted like instant di after heavy punches or instant jumps etc etc no need to worry :). World tour is kinda grindy after lvl 30 but mb you will enjoy it

world tour and arcade mode for each character story can give u a decent amount of playtime out of the game, so i'd say for 50% off, it's totally worth it if all u wanna do is offline, extreme mode is fun too.

I have almost 800 hours in the game. I've played nearly every day since it was released. I do not play online at all - I just do the 12 match arcade mode over and over. to me, just playing offline vs cpu is fun and worth it.

Something else about Would Tour.
You can find the DLC characters there, do their missions and learn their playstyle, for free.
You don't need to buy them to find them in World Tour. Or at least that was my experience with Bison.
