This is quite annoying to do, but have to analyze your replays and make a list of all the reasons that lead you to be defeated. There could be many reasons of course, but try to observe why you are losing energy.
Is it because you can't react to crossups? Or is because you are weak on wake up? Or maybe your damage output is low. These are all rhetorical questions, obviously only you can know and you have to be the one to find one or two problems to start improving on.
Start with two things , don't focus on everything, getting good at this game, if you have no experience requires consistency and patience.
But i can assure you that a good neutral and good anti-airs are more than enough to get past platinum. Combos and execution is something you will need more in diamond.
1: practice anti air non stop, and always look for anti air when they jump at any point
2: crouch block a ton and if you get knocked down take a throw instead of a big combo
3: don't worry about neutral too much and just look for hit confirms and grab/jab 50/50
4: they love drive impact especially in the corner so watch out for those
5: just wait when they wake up and see what they do and act accordingly since they are predictable
that's pretty much it and that's how you can get from plat 1 to at least diamond hope it helps
Makes sense!
(no really let me guess, you literally looked up some guy named chaos assuming i would use the same name and just went "YUP THATS HIM AIGHT" - i cant bro, i really cant, just as i cant understand how you can be hardstuck in plat but you do you)
Seriously tho, you should quit the game. Reacting to jumps is by far the easiest reaction in the game. Getting stuck in plat is physically impossible. You have to insanely bad.
We've asked for his CFN multiple times and he will not provide. He doesn't play the game.
