How can i change the Daytime in Nayshall?

as mentioned i dont found a way to change daytime in nayshall and i explored the hole thing.

There is an apartment to rest (switch to night or day) in Nayshall like the one in Metro City.

Thx, i found it it seems i must reach a story chapter to unlock it or a other icon hindered the sight of the house icon bevore.^^
