Chun-Li's Father MIGHT be alive.

On Bison's quest in World Tour, Chun Li says her father went to Bison's lair and disappeared to never be seen again. She says he's probably dead because nobody would survive a fight with Bison. Why would they write that dialogue, why didn't she just say he's dead? Odd, maybe (I said MAYBE) we'll see Chun Li's father as a mutant like Bosch? Either as NPC like Retsu or as DLC. I think I'm wrong, but I don't discard the possibility.
