there is nothing hidden. all moves are listed in the movelist. With Modern, some normals must be done by pressing the "special" key together with the attack button. Like light punch + special and that will activate a different normal.
its just the heavy version of "flash knuckle."
Light, medium and heavy flash knuckke look very distinct from one another, but its just L, M and H version. There are quite some moves that change drastically depending on the version. You could make a case for counting Heavy Flash Knuckle (quarter circle back + heavy punch) being not a flash knuckle move, because its so different, but its technically the same move.
