Arcade mode cpu vs cpu
I'm curious if you can use cpu vs cpu in arcade mode and any other modes as well. I can't move my arms due to a disability, but enjoy watching the matches. My wife plays some games for me, but fighting games are not her forte. :XSwords:

Yes you can. CPU vs CPU does work in vs mode. Not sure for other modes but I can check later.

I would really appreciate if you could check for arcade mode :)

Arcade mode in 6 only has the story mode which plays like arcade but has cutscenes. There unfortunately is no cpu vs cpu in this mode. There is however 2 more modes that have cpu vs cpu. There's extreme battle and team battle. Extreme Battle lets you set up unusual rules and has a few crazy things like a bull run accross the screen and you get knocked down if it hits you. Team battle you can set up 2 to 5 player teams, pick a bunch of variables like rounds or commentary, pick the fighters and how strong they are and then it plays out like a tournament. Hope this helps. Maybe you might enjoy those other modes and maybe Capcom adds it to Arcade at some point.

It would probably be a lot more fun watching tournaments instead

instead of watching AI play against each other why not go on CFN and watch replays of high level players? that would probably be much more entertaining.

you can even search for specific match ups

Thanbk you for your indepth response and taking time to check for me! I do really wish they would allow for cpu vs cpu on the arcade mode, I don[t feel like it would hurt anybody. MK11 even had ai vs ai matches for online play, its a shame they too did not allow ai for story mode. I understand this isn't something a lot of people would look for, but for people like me it would mean a great deal and still make me feel like I am able to play and involved as i get to pick the characters, outfits etc. Anyways, I hope you are well and thank you again.

While I appreciate your idea, this would not be fun for me as I would not be able to pick characters, stages, options, etc. I do watch some people play games sometimes, but usually retro games. Anyways I hope you are well and thank you.

Maybe for some, but I prefer to pick the characters etc.

you can pick the characters. CFN allows you to search for specific matchups
