Only when it's SUPER cheap. Couldn't care less about those KOF bums (even though I don't like guests there are WAY better KOF characters to choose from. K', for example, is my favorite KOF character).

I love KoF, but 2 out of 4 SF slots? Weak season.

How is Kof? Is it more or less difficult than Street Fighter?
Offline is okay. Online is more difficult because the matches are 3 against 3 so you're forced to have three main characters, instead of one.

SNK added some auto-combos for XIV and XV to lessen the learning curve, though.

Pretty good but the characters didn't change in over 20 years for the most part and look outdated. The engine is also meh, but yeah the gameplay is as solid as it gets.
