Her face is fine in cutscenes but is honestly weird during gameplay. She becomes super bug-eyed for some reason, just starring down your soul. Cutscene Lily on the other hand is just chillin, having a good ol' time

I would only agree she doesn't look good at close up when in VS after selecting. , looks like she has a baby face. Although that girl with the umbrella white hair cut is ugly asf. If you think lily is uglier then her then you got some messed up taste.

It's VERY WEIRD when they're making judgements on fake people.

And it's creepy when they're talking about them as if there is a duty for this fully fictionalized character to be hot.

We don't have threads on why Oro was ugly in SFV and I'll give you a guess as to why.

Because an ugly guy is way cooler than an ugly girl, and fighting games are very visual. There are far stranger things on the streets than anything you'll see here. You play a game full of people whose club names consist of "jurifeetsex" and "cammybuttslaves" and you're still not inoculated? That's impressive.
