I like that it doesn't dive too much into ninja tropes, as that would've made her quite generic. Costume 3 for example has a lot more of those, and I personally find costume 1 more original compared to it. Costume 2 is her best look imo, and it has barely any ninja resemblance, and that's perfectly fine
Another point, Kimberly's martial art is Bushiryu which she learned from Guy. There are no weapons in Bushiryu. Ibuki uses Ninjitsu, which is a different martial art.

Sorry man, "I am too ignorant to be held accountable for the baseless opinions I spout" is not a strong argument. It is not anyone's just to ensure that you specifically like a character's design. It's not their job to ensure that you "understand" it. Different characters are made for different people. I know it's shocking to learn that you aren't the center that the world revolves around, but I trust that you, in time, will be able to deal with it.
