Makoto is never coming back, she was killed at the end of third strike and it’s not possible for characters to be resurrected in the street fighter verse, also I’m pretty sure nobody likes Makoto anyway, may be a surprise for year 7 if the games still doing really well and they just want to plop down a lazy karate character, but probably by year 7 they’ll be thinking about how to bring interest back to the game so they’ll release a popular character like Hakan.

I've looked up and read her wiki and there's nothing that says she dies though unless I missed something or you made it up. In the 3rd strike summery it says that Makoto's grandpa went on a trip... in the meantime she watches the dojo since she beat all the fighters. so basically it sounds like you spout lies lol.
