I would much rather see new characters, tbh. I also like old characters, but new characters are more exciting.

New characters is fine as long as they don't exist to replace the old one. Kim exist mean Guy and even someone like Zeku has little to no chance.

Maki might make a return; she's never been in a 3D models game and there's enough demand. Guy as well, but since he's closer to Kimberly there's slightly less of a chance. Zeku however will likely not come back, even in a Vs. game (unless it's a strictly SF crossover); if that happens they'd prioritze Strider himself unless Moto Kikaku says no. Zeku might lose his unique traits and become a Strider Hiryu function if that happens.

Most of the classic characters that returned in SF6 are characters from SF2, so no, there aren't even any alpha characters in the base SF6 roster lol.
