Which version to buy?

Just buy the game and the characters with the money. If you want to buy all the extra outfits then go for the Ultimate pack, but it only saves you like $5 - they really aren't any huge deal or anything.

wait, arent the 2 dlc stages only included in the ultimate edition?

You can buy them separately with Drive Tickets (which you'll get a ton of if you play weekly)
