Drive tickets?

I visited the Multiplayer Hub Briefly seems like all you buy with them are clothes? Which is fine but appears you also need the other currency that cost money. So was there other things to buy or Devs think were just that stupid? Since no point in the Drive tickets there just a front. Instead of being straight forward they instead manipulate players on thinking there still rewarded and earning the rewards. When all of it is irrelevant if still need the other purchasable currency. Maybe i'm wrong why i'm asking

You can buy Drive Tickets, you can only earn them.

You cannot earn Fighter Coins, you can only buy them for real money.

Most things in the shops have a way to buy them with Drive Tickets or Fighter Coins, some of the premium things are only purchasable through Fighter Coins but those are more rare.

premium like costumes cost actual money
because they are cosmetics and it is a decoration for your character

There are two currency
1) Drive Tickets - mostly "earnable through weekly challenges and special events" currency, though you do get some if you buy major content (upgraded versions of the game, season pass etc).

2) Fighter Coins - premium currency you have to buy with real money, You know the annoying thing that devs use to force you to spend more money than you have to, as you can almost never buy exactly as many Fighter Coins as you need. So you overpay for things you want, and than are pressure to spend more, to not waste money you overpayed to buy the other thing. Classy move, Capcom.

You can find shop in main options menu - there you will find stuff for game proper that you can buy with Drive Tickets (extra stages, extra costume colours, intro cosmetics etc.), though best stuff (aka. Skins) are locked behind premium currency only and there is no way to get those without spending an obscene amount of money.

Most if not all of the gear you can get in the Battle Hub are just re skins from things you can get for free in World Tour. You can also modify your avatar for free in World Tour so don't spend any kind of currency in the Battle Hub to do it there either.

Yeah wasn't gonna waste those in Battle Hub for the CC, that did seem like a total waste.
Few mentioned the shop, i'll check that. Think just assumed that direct linked me to real money purchasable items. Since seen that before in games when they just take you to the DLC list. Not sure if what you mentioned can be bought yet at shop? or has to be unlocked in certain way first. Since haven't seen those options yet.

Some of the items are coins only, usually dress up pieces for your avatar, new characters, or the fighter pass (when it's active).

edit: those are the prices in coins OR tickets, you don't spend both

Talking the battle Hub? I just uploaded video above your comment of the shop, seems everything in that requires fighter coins along with the battle Hub clothing shop. So confused how exactly get anything with just them.

Yeah makes sense now since seemed like needed alot of those drive tickets.
