Drop FPS when Special art

Good morning. I have a big problem with this game on my PC while I have no problem with other games.
Characters in menus have always taken a long time to load. The level textures take a long time to load too, and are all pixelated.
But recently, while my game is running at a constant 60fps, the first time I use a level 1, 2 or 3, or for example Akuma's teleport, I drop to 15 fps for 0 FPS for a second, then everything leaves at 60.
The strangest thing is as soon as I had this lag with this attack once, it never does it again during this game.
I set the graphics to minimum, but that doesn't change anything.

Here is my configuration:
RTX 2090TI
I5 8600K 3.60
32Ram

I really don't know what to do anymore, even though it's my favorite game. For your information, I play RE4 with the graphics at max, without problem.

you need to precompile your shaders

there is an option for it in the menu

every time the game updates or your graphics drivers update the game will take a few minutes on launch to precomplie the shaders. that should prevent this from happening

Other than that there is no 2090ti in existence (lol)
Have you updated your GPU drivers recently? Reverting them helps a lot of people.

So you did update your drivers? That's the issue, latest nvidia drivers screw the game up for many people.

Yeah but this is the case, fomr 1 year ago now.
I have no more FPS drop now, i go into Nvidia panel, and force the CGU on everything about texture, and dont let the game do it anymore.
I still have a little time to wait for texture loading, but no more FPs drop.
