How to get to Akuma's island in World Tour

Go to poster on wall outside the building Ken is located in (DURING DAYTIME). You will then talk to the man on the bottom of the SIN building to transport to the higher floors, then navigate upstairs.
YOU WILL NEED LUKE'S QuarterCircleBack, JP'S QarterCircleForward, and MANON'S HalfCircleForward!
Fight the 3 robots with those 3 moves respectively in their challenge.
Then you will need to go to Ryu and talk to Retsu next to him.
Then you will have access to his island.
Follow the rest of the quest line to obtain him as a Master.

ok i did what you wrote but nothing happened. i spoke with retsu but still nothing

yea after the 3 moves thing resu is gone and it started another quest monk with out a cause and dude sasy resu is in nay shall some place fishy but cant find him since he dont show up on da map
