How do you go to the mode that we all want to play? I don't care for any of that nonsense the game makes me start in with character creation n sh1t.

Arcade mode is located in Fighting Ground.
Ranked is also found there, just press X(or whatever button is displayed in the upper right corner).

The menu is really confusing. I don’t know what they’re thinking when making these last two games. I wish they just improved upon the predecessors and didn’t include the new unwanted content.

Seperating the menus in 3 parts was done to optimize the code, for the unwanted content like you call it, a lot of newcomers like it.

I think the menu design is awesome (the only think I dislike is that pressing back too much takes you back to intro screen rather than the game exit).
