I have ultimate edition but how can I unlock outfit 3 for chun li?
I'm new in Street Fighter! I don't how things like unlocking outfit works in this game... pls explain

Only costume 3 for DLC characters are included in ultimate edition

The only costumes you can unlock by playing are Costume 2 for every character, You'll need to play World Tour mode for that, is pretty easy to do after certain point of the campaing.

they announced that Outfit 3 of 4 additional character will be release when Akuma launch.

You can earn Fighter Coins to unlock more costume outfits via World Tour.

How is it worded badly? It tells you that for outfit 3 you only get the DLC characters
