Time to start improving then. I'd start by reviewing your replays and see why you are losing, which mistakes do you repeat. Then try to solve one of them for a day or two, rinse and repeat.

After you have identified a problem in your play theres a ton of good content out there on youtube to help you figure out solutions,

MC Mura has a pretty solid DJ breakdown for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-dYQVQb8G8

as far as getting pissed about losing I just don't. I do get pissed about dropping my inputs though. Everybody tilts at something lol.

Well, if that happens I mean a lot, it's better to just take a break for a moment. Just like in real life. You can't deny there are always someone better and can outsmarting you

Winning is just a byproduct of improving and getting better at the game. Your sole focus should be on improving and trying to see what you're doing wrong. Don't just go straight to rank and just try to 'win' for the sake of winning. Go to the training area and work on your weaknesses. Like for example, I should be doing more damage whenever I get a punish counter opportunity but I waste it in simple combos. So I go to the training area and just work on a combo that maximizes damage without putting me in danger of burn out; something like that. Work on something and keep doing it until it becomes muscle memory.
Also, don't take games too seriously. When I get frustrated with a multiplayer game I just stop playing and just play a single player on my backlog. No need to get depressed about it.

Well, its not like the game's taunting me, telling me I suck and how I'll never be cool and handsome, how I'll never be truly happy in life because I was unable to beat my opponent, so I just shrug it off and go next.

Hinging your enjoyment on your winrate is a terrible mistake to make in PvP games.

Dude, i'm 400 hours in, got Chun and Cammy to master, now picked Manon and it feels like I forgot how to play the game, she's slower, I don't understand her normals and still feel down since I can't figure out how to feel confident with her in neutral. That's just how fighting game be, you play to look for improvements, not go for wins. It's difficult to comprehend but you will once you get there. People start looking for improvements to gain wins, but once they learn how to win consistently they stop caring about wins and play to learn even more.

Back in the day when I still cared about my games, kinda felt like failure given better players are avoiding you like a plague, and given my old injuries are preventing me play better - only rubs salt on never healing wound. Like you can't optimize combos, you are resorting short burst of damage which might cost you later in the game if you don't make killshot the right moment.

Also maybe it helps in staying positive: with platinum 4 you are already better than the average sf6 player.

What personally helped me was taking a break. For me it felt the same when reaching Plat 3. I did a break which lasted about 3 months. After I came back I struggled a bit with getting back into the game for a 2-3 days but after that I finally started to see more mistakes (most mistakes I already made before the break but I did not notice them) and could fix them and now I made it to diamond 1.

Just train more and learn matchups, dont be angry while losing game, instead watch replay and learn your mistakes, improve

Oh i do. I need to make a rule not to play on when I realise i'm tilted. Everyone is right though, best thing to do is take a break, get a drink take a breath. Then look at your matches. What are they guys who beat you doing that you are not and what might you be doing too much of. In Street Fighter you tend to find something that works then rank up until you encounter the people who know now how to fight it. Which is why they are at that rank with you. So you need to figure something to add to your game or something to step back on.

Also the Platinum wall is real. Its a real test and a lot of people spend a lot of time there before they push out. I've only just managed it myself. Which means i might not be the best to give advice but trust me people are there with you.

I'm D2 with him, and no one is unbeatable even if I lose. I see the replays, check on what the other guy was doing and patterns that show up, then go to training and replicate that scenario and see what works doing it a couple times to get used to answering to that.
Most people think "ah he can do this after that move so I can't use my move" when you just need to see what they are doing, not what they could do.

Unless your playing to enter into some tournament where u can make some greenbacks, dont give yourself the unneeded stress to rank lol. I havent played fighting games online in years, I ain't got time to stress more during my downtime lol. Many players make it a career spending 1,000+ hours to perfect their skill, not including the previous 1,000+ on the prequels..there's no way I stand a chance, so I don's even bother.

I kid you not when I tell you that I just play with a different mindset that does not really give any room for salt on my behalf.

1) I assume that everybody in ranked matches is better than me. => instead of being mad when I lose, I am happy when I win.

2) I focus on improving stuff during matches. => the only consistent thing you can control. Wins and losses are not entirely up to you, focusing on your gameplay is.

3) I find joy in the "process". => I don't focus on being good at any given point in time. I rather focus on eventually getting good.
